Resolution / Answer
IMPORTANT! Please do not install or upgrade ZebraDesigner Pro v3.3.x or later without new License Key (32bits) and Customer ID (N/A: Essential Edition).
NOTE Zebra migrated the legacy licenses to new license server (Thales) based on Sales Order#.
If you do not know about new License Key and Customer ID, please contact to your Zebra Partner/Reseller where you ordered.
Prerequisite:
Download and Install (or upgrade) ZebraDesigner 3 (version 3.3.x) on your PC.
Prepare the License Key (32bit, eg.12345678-abcd-efgh-ijkl-123456789012) and *Customer ID.
As of 2nd June 2025, you can find the License Key (32bits) and Customer ID (32bits) from the new order confirmation Email.
If your license is the migration type from legacy (18-digits; 3467--), *Customer ID can be in the different format (eg. zdmxxxxxx ; xxxxxx End Customer#).
