Printing a Test Page with CUPS Driver

Before you start, make sure the printer driver has been installed.
You can refer to the article Install CUPS Driver for Zebra Printer in Mac OS.

Procedure
 

1. To print a test page, begin from the Home menu and select Printers.

 

2. Choose from the list of available Queue Name (printer name).

3. Click on the Maintenance option to display its drop-down list and select Print Test Page.

4. If the test page was printed,  the communication with the printer is working fine. If there is no test page print, please confirm as below:

• Make sure that the USB cables are connected and functional. Try to restart the printer and system one more time.
• For the network printer (Ethernet connection), confirm the IP address is valid and you can ping the printer.
• Make sure that you selected the correct dpi of the printer. You can refer to the purchase order. You can find the dpi of the printer in this document.
